It was used later on by DNCE but again just for a coming up section.

Who or what is "DNCE"? Confused

A band.

…well, slightly more than that, they're a band with a song currently in the top 10

So this week will be the 2 year mark, it wouldn't be a wild suggestion to say Sean will probably be leaving. Sean recently hosted a BBC Two food series, and has been appearing on Countryfile recently.

We might also see Ben leaving, I hope to god they get Mark Austin and not Jeremy Kyle.

I'm hoping they'll sort everything out on their anniversary and stop the constant fiddle. Just combine the formats of day one and what we have now; they might aswell use the great news talent they have.

As much as I would love Mark Austin as a permanent fixture on GMB, I highly doubt he will leave ITV News.

We thought he'd be gone after one year too. Obviously we all know nothing about the contracts but I suspect the relative rookies like Charlotte and Sean would have been on shorter contracts compared to Susanna and Ben. It's also worth noting that out of the original main presenters at least only Susanna's role hasn't really changed.

I doubt there is any chance at all in Mark Austin joining regularly - moving from the Evening News to a part-time morning role on the loser in the breakfast TV battle doesn't make any career sense. On the other hand it's a role which would probably make a lot of sense for Jeremy Kyle, although whether it makes sense for ITV given how strongly his show performs I don't know, although if he's looking to move on with his career it's probably better for ITV they hold on to him than let him go elsewhere.

Charlotte was originally newsreader Monday to Wednesday and presenter on Friday. But that changed with the 2015 refresh and now only reads the news Monday to Wednesday and stands in during holidays. Sean's contract changed in December 2014 when he stopped being one of the team of four and now only does sports bulletins. Susanna's contract is the only one that hasn't changed. Even Kate Garraway was promoted in 2015 to be a presenter on Friday.

Call me biased, but I think Charlotte's talents might be put to better use at Grays' Inn Road next to Messrs. Austin and Stewart.

You're using the word 'contract' wrong. In their actual contracts, I'm sure they have a number of hours to work for ITV in a week, whether that may be anything from being on the sofa to sitting at the news desk, reading sports updates to being on the road, plus planning for future shows. They may have clauses on how many of those hours may be on air, and whether they can appear on other channels...

BUT

It is nobody's business but theirs, use the word 'contract' and you step on dangerous territory. You're actually talking about their on air role in a programme that is continually evolving to viewer feedback. Not their 'contract'.

'Constantly evolving to viewer feedback'? Well, that sure is one way to describe GMB. Haha.

It is evolving through viewer feedback, on Viewback...unfortunately they aren't the best group of biewers to survey.

Well, it's a constantly evolving show to be fair.
