Yeah, it feels dated, in rather a lot of different ways, but it's correct.

To be fair, it's a small station aimed at part of province with a small population and a province that has not done well economically since it became part of Canada and has been reliant on federal financial aid for most if not all of its history as a Canadian province. It's the only private TV station on 'the Rock' (as locals call the island portion of the province) so it managed to survive without any real competition except from the CBC.
