I can think of two shows or ideas.

One was a recurring sketch called "Coneheads" on Saturday Night Live between 1975 and 1980, which was turned into a film in 1993.

The other was "Captain Buzz Cheeply", which was aired in the mid-1990s as a part of the "What A Cartoon!" series. It only lasted one episode, entitled "A Clean Getaway", where the Captain meets an alien race with foreheads so huge they use unicycles to balance them upright.

Was that of any use?
