A bit off beam I'm afraid , Cornish and Breton have verb declensions more allied to Gaelic with Brythonic words - they're all members of the same family of languages that diverged some time back. To say that Cornish is Welsh with English words is silly as Cornish was there a long time before English and a lot of Latin root words were in Welsh and Cornish before English was even started.
