Although I always see it in the schedules week after week i just presume they are always repeats

Interesting the Jonny is still in the titles for the new series.

Yes, Seeing Two Pints Live! Special!! on the EPG doesn't really make it clear does it?

Last night the ceefax analogue channel ID thingy on BBC One and BBC Two both said:

'Johnny's dead... BBC Three, 9pm'

where it usually says BBC ONE or BBC TWO.

Since when have the BBC advertised in this way?

I wonder then, if he's still in the titles, Jonny might make a 'miraculous' return, similar to the end of one of the earlier series when it looked as though he had been shot dead, but on the beginning of the next series, the funeral was for Donna's mum & Jonny was alive.

Or is it because there's no cash to shoot or re-edit the titles?

Weren't loads of ex-Emmerdale people still in their opening titles months or years after they left?

Emmerdale has never had their characters in the titles. For about 5 years they had "non-descript" actors who never actually appeared in the programme.

Another cracker this week, but was there some subliminal message towards the end of the show? When Gaz was moaning about his lack of male friends, I was saying to myself "Well where's Munch? Bring back Munch!"

..and there he was!

That's just it, they were meant to look like the characters without actually being the characters.

I was really quite excited about a new series of 2 pints but this new series is quite a disappointment so far. They should have just quit while they were ahead.

Were they ever ahead?
