Watching was repeated on Granada Plus.

The full run of Not The Nine O'Clock News has never been repeated, what we see is either a 6 or 8 episode compilation of the very best of the programme that the BBC made in 1995.
Not The Nine was released on two DVDs and eight episodes (re-releases of the videos 'The Gorilla Kinda Lingers' and 'Nice Video Shame About The Hedgehog') though somebody on Wiki thinks there's 12 compilation episodes.
If anybody's interested, here's a link that lists the full sketches of the original shows. It just shows how much is not available on the 8 compilations, though apparently they're all over YouTube:

Which scene's that then if I may ask? Is he on the DVDs/Videos?

I think it's more a case that they haven't got round to repeating them/not the sort of stuff that most people would want to see repeated. I know that Not the Nine O'Clock News has been repeated though.
But I'm sure they're all safe and won't get lost or destroyed by the evil people.

Although I've noticed one of the episodes has been re-edited recently to remove a scene with Chris Langham from it. It's obvious as all the credits have been rewritten, and the BBC copyright for 1995 is using the 1997 BBC logo.

Well I only noticed this from watching it on Paramount 2 the other night, so it's still on the VHS and DVD releases. But it's the sketch where Chris Langham and Rowan Atkinson are cops at a murder scene where the white mark of the body floor resembling a man with an erection and Langham saying the motive was jealousy.
This was probably only one of very few sketches with Chris Langham that made the Best Of series.

Yeah, other shows apparently deemed to "topical" to repeat or put out on DVD, despite containing a wealth of great material include The Mary Whitehouse Experience, Fist of Fun, and This Morning with Richard not Judy.

Isn't it just a case that shows like that are usually quite topical, so TV execs don't think we'd get the jokes now - although I know they used to repeat Drop the Dead Donkey with a recap of the main news from the era at the beginning.
