Sunday Brunch launched Daily Brunch today, funded by Ocado.

As The Wright Stuff is in the studio on weekdays, it looks like they have pre-recorded it either in another location or previously. The giveaway was the windows, which seem to have been replaced since yesterday.

It's not clear if it is somewhere else completely or if they have filmed it in the normal studio with the set moved forward slightly to allow for a backdrop.

Not sure the programme works on a 1 hour slot only.

I presume that they're trying to cash in on the Sunday brunch programme. Getting it partially funded by Ocado must have been a swaying idea too.
I don't think that the timing is right overlapping the wright stuff an this morning especially when there doesn't seem to be much going on in early afternoon.

I presume it's being filmed somewhere in the princess production building, it's live as I'm led to believe. Also, i thought there was only 1 studio there.

It looks and 'feels' pre-recorded, and I was under the impression that The Wright Stuff/Sunday Brunch came from the same studio, just striked and rigged up.

I thought that parts felt pre recorded, it didn't have the same feeling as Sunday brunch, however it was their first day.

Considering that this thread was the only way I found out about it, I wonder if people even know it exists. Have they promoted it on Sundays?

Worth noting it's not the first time they've tried doing a show other than Sunday, during the Grand National they broadcast on both Saturdays and Sundays under the title 'Weekend Brunch'. Tim Lovejoy used to present BT Sport Panel on Saturday mornings although I don't think he has hosted it in a while.

It's not on anymore.

I thought it moved to Wednesdays? It's been cancelled then?

Well, there is a programme called BTSP still on, but rather than two hours or so of live chat, it's now a half hour show which shuffles around the schedule, is pre-recorded and seems to consist entirely of clips from the previous week's BT Sport output with the host just popping up at the beginning. So it continues purely in name only, really.
