Must say it's nice to see some of our regional presenters getting some national fame for a while... We've had the likes of Natalie Cornah and Andy Breare - and now Harry Gration!

and Levy doing the bog standard luvvy interview in Hull, aided and abetted by Hannah Moffat. Surprised Paul Hudson hasn't put in an appearance, wonder if the risk of banter is too much for network?

I wonder how much of today is being used as groundwork for the nationwide style show in terms of getting live link ups from each of the regions - I was surprised to see the multiscreen effect with each region on it, surprised they were able to do that technically

I saw Midlands Today's Ian Winter on News 24 earlier, along with Sir Steve Redgrave.

Amazing what you can do with a 3 channel Charisma, and a multi-viewer from Zandar...

I was more surprised that they could get that many feeds at once, although thinking about it they were all probably SNG trucks rather than lines from studios

Haha... good start to the Mastermind special - microphone problems then John reads out the wrong first question!

Hmm - bit annoyed by this - I was looking forward to the general knowledge round because I thought they'd give them proper questions.

'1978' for first sport relief was quite funny though..

Why do they insist on giving those 2 further exposure. Their 15 minutes was up ages ago

I'm suprised Jade Goody's still around, considering that most Big Brother contestants are long gone. The only reason she's famous is because she's so thick.

I quite like her. Whether I should or not is a side issue.

The collective will of lots of people like me is what us keeping her successful. It's got little to do with any actual talent or ability on her part!

Only because the BBC and other channels continue to give her the oxygen of publicity. So they know what to do.
