You can just imagine how much fun the weather department had rigging up those special maps!

For anyone that missed it, here's a clip. Apologies for the naff quality - my S-Video adaptor thingy on the back of the TV card is broken.

Jack Dee - BBC Weather

But yes, fab stuff. I couldn't stop laughing at the weather maps. Good thing I kept it on BBC1 - I thought it was some sort of regional opt-out where it would go straight to the weather.

I'm an old man and allowed to stay up late, however I do kinda feel sorry for a lot of the kids who were probably following the Comic Relief Fame Academy thing, but are maybe not allowed to stay up and watch the actual winner being announced.

I'd send my kids off to bed at the mere hint of them being exposed to Graham Norton...

Being a huge Comic Relief lover, I am actually proud of both BBC1 and ITV. During the news, ITV1 was showing more comedy with TV's Naughtiest Blunders!

Also being a big lover of RND, I am taping the whole show. I planned to simply set a timer, as I knew tha Little Brtain would be at 8:30, but I have it on DVD to save tape time, but they muddled up all the times on purpose!

I'm rambling, aren't I?

Well both Natasha and Dermot got on to Comic Relief - he looked silly in that scene with Susan ( Zoe Wanamaker ).

And talking about people on TV too much, Jimmy Carr made an appearance as well!

Harry Hill's TV Burp - I may be wrong but didn't Harry say he'd be back in a moment after a look at why we are here tonight, but never came back on?
