Interesting - am I the only person on here now without a copy of the Christmas RT? My newsagent said he hadn't had any in today... They may turn up tomorrow (unlikely as I believe Sunday is the only day that the wholesaler does not supply magazines - so I may have to wait until Monday!)

And I know I have Digiguide but my current subscription runs out on Christmas Eve and I haven't got enough money in the bank yet to send them a cheque! (spent too much on other things!)

The Xmas RT has been available in our student union shop in York since Saturday, although ironically they haven't stocked the one before that yet (which I hear has Dibley on the front)! There's some odd scheduling on Radio 1 this Christmas - the Breakfast Show runs 6am-9am in the post-Christmas week, and they've given up on early breakfast entirely during that period. Instead it's very OneClick heavy - with two hours of comedy every night from 3am, then Retro is back from 5am, and Open at 9am every day followed by Nemone! Very strange.

I don't have it either. The last 2 issues are still on the shelf down the local store.

We haven't got the Christmas ones yet, I work at a Morrisons and we only got the delivery for the TV Guides from the 11th-17th on Friday which were due to be on the shelves for Saturday (yesterday), but this was when that week's issue of magazines was supposed to be out. I wouldn't expect the Bumper Xmas Guides out until next week at some point.

Well I went into WH Smith this morning following you guys with your tip off's for the Chrimble RT and althought they have the Christmas RT magazine box out to put all the lovely Chrimble RT's out , they have decided to put TV Quick magazine or whatever cheapo TV listings mag it is. So looks like I have to keep me eye out over the next few days.

One of the local "Stars" Paper shops are selling the 11th to 17th, but have a big box stand with the different magazines on. TV Times hasn't made it there yet! He said they should be getting them in on the 7th.

I was in Woolworth's yesterday, and they had the TV GUIDEs which don't usually hit the shops until Tuesday... also they had the Christmas Bumper TV Guide too... The thing is they are not alsways correct and most of the time say TBA = To Be Annonced.

I was once told that you could define the classes of society by their tv listings mag. This was about 5-10 years ago mind you but basically...

Radio Times (upper class)
TV Times (middle class)
TV Quick (lower class)
