Something strange on Wales Today tonight, the weather presenter, at the end of the forecast, advertised a position in the BBC Wales weather team.
She said, 'We need a new weather presenter for new digital services.'

Could this be for a new interactive weather service, possibly for the BBC News 24 interactive service, but then again why would they advertise only on BBC Wales?
I'M CONFUSED!!!!!

Anyone got any ideas about these new digital weather services?

I don't know why the BBC have such an obsession with weather. On Breakfast the crossovers are so staged, and fake, and its the same on the Six o' Clock.

Grrr - who the hell cares if its raining tonight/tommrow - its not as if we can do anything about it!

as billy connolly says, the forecasters shouldnt use clouds and sun symbols, they should use a picture of the garment we should be wearing - so they'd say, 'Scotland, look out your gloves and hat tomorrow, for the south coast, shorts'!
