Look North problem?

I tuned it to see the the back end of the 8:59am edition of Look North (Leeds) this morning, and it was UK Today,

Was there some sort of problem? were all earlier Look North's ok this morning?

Also, Peter Levy presented the 325pm Look North this afternoon, which is very unusual, as it is usually Ian White

Poor Peter Levy! He's on tonight aswell!
He should get promted to that programme full time, he's always doing all day now.

When he presents the Tea time Look North, he doesn't do the Breakfast editions, Tom Ingall has been doing them this week.

That happened the other night on North West Tonight at 1030. Martin Henfield read the headlines, but they didn't opt out, and we got the opening titles of UK Today, followed by Martin looking a bit confused!
