Longest use of a unedited promo?

STV have now been using the LOL! promo since June 2014, its never once been edited or updated. Does ITV have a promo which have been ruining for a year or longer unedited?

Can anyone remember any promos which have been broadcast of a long period of time?

A trail for Taking Sides, a regional debate/political series on ITV Border aired for a while I remember with Fiona Armstrong. I always remember the last line: "Whatever side of the Border you live, North or South - there is always a burning topic to discuss."

That was reused for every series for about 3 years! IIRC it seemed to go out after the Tonight Programme from around 2002 on Monday nights (I could be wrong on that though).

The Film Review promo on BBC News must be up there, it's been the same for 2 years.
