ITV Christmas ident discussion

Caught ITV1's Christmas ident, uploading to YouTube now. *will post link shortly*

Crap, misread the Omnibus as starting at 11.40 rather than 10.40 (tiredness!). Is the ident any good?

I just Caught it. Glad they have made an effort this year as it looks really nice

A good effort from ITV1 - apart from the bloody music!!!!!!!!!

It's not bad, it's the Christmas sparkles that makes up the tree and the ITV1 logo in the bottom centre, but yep it's the same drab music, oh well.

It's much better than last years!, and the year before that....etc

There's breakbumpers as well and the trailers have the same sort of effect on the right hand side of the endboard

Please don't tell me it uses the regular music

Ah well, at least they made the effort. Looks very 'Christmassy' from the caps.

albeit with some added 'sparkles'.

It would have been nice to have a nice christmas-y version of the tune in the backing but they have still done a nice job

The breakbumper looks good; I like the sparkly effect applied to the ITV1 logo.

I'm glad ITV put an effort into it this year apart from the droney music (I guess they didn't want to part with the music ). Do ITV2, ITV3 and ITV4 have Christmas idents too?
