Why do you care?

I'd really like to know what reasons were given for his account to be reinstated...

reinstated without having the content that presumably got it closed in the first place removed, too.

Because he refuses to label the many hundreds of videos he uploaded as being mocks/recreations which means that searching YouTube for archive pres is considerably harder, because your search results are littered with the crap he's put up there.

Adding "-cwilliams1976" (without quotes) to your search query should filter him out.

A welcome return to You Tube. It just goes to show, you can't keep a good man down. Faced with abuse and intolerance from other YouTube users, he continues to do what he is best at:- recreations, mocks and fantasy scenarios. Very much the Nelson Mandela of YouTube in my eyes. It is a shame he doesn't post to TV Forum.
