Will be interesting to see who is ITV's number two now Matt Smith has left. I would assume for the BBC it'll probably be Mark Chapman, though I guess it could be Gabby Logan but apart from covering the odd Match of the Day she doesn't seem to do as much football wise for the BBC now. She won't have to much to do for the Six Nations either now the new BBC/ITV deal is kicking in.

Shouldn't that have been posted in the "John Logie Baird has Invented Television" thread?

Last couple of tournaments Gabby has been England Camp Reporter and presented from the ground with Gary in the studio. For World Cup 2014 only Gary Lineker & Mark Chapman hosted matches on BBC One with either Dan Walker or Manish Bhasin doing clashing games on BBC Three/Red Button but as you say apart from the odd Match of the Day or reporting from an FA Cup match Gabby hasn't done much football for the BBC since she left Final Score. Gabby may still play a part in the 6 Nations as next year the BBC has 8 matches while ITV has 7 so I expect Jason Mohammad will not be involved at all and I think matches will be split between Gabby and John especially on the first 2 saturdays and the last day as BBC have 2 matches but if she isn't involved she still does plenty of Athletics on the BBC.

As for ITV it will be Mark Pougatch & Jacqui Oatley
