Yeah, she was there for a bit when I was watching it, in the Black and Yellow era, shame they are cutting back on kids items now, CiTV was great back in the late 90's with the new studio etc.

But why the BBC? Not like they have the excuse of junk food ads being banned...

If they do ditch the presenters, then CBBC should get a new look, with a good symbol. The bugs were good they had a 'personality'. If they stick with the current package, the whole CBBC network is going to be really dull.

I agree. It's currently what sets CBBC apart from the rest. It will be a sad day when CBBC loses its presenters. Sad

Does this mean the end of the presenters on Newsround as well? Taking a more interactive approach etc.

I reckon the big news is, they're bringing back the Broom cupboard! Laughing Ok maybe not... what a shame if they're ditching presenters though.

lol just bring back Otis Laughing , my fave packages for CBBC was the yellow and Black I thought the studio they had with the fireman poll and the broom mock area and then the 9 tv screens was great, but I also liked the old Childrens Logo package that was good too.

I liked the bugs from what I saw of them, from what I have seen from this one on screen now though I don't really like it.

I think they should have a new logo etc.

Well one way for sure is to find out tomorrow. For all we know they could be replaced by puppets!

Or maybe kites, motorbikes, footballers and surfers.

If CBBC are ditching the presenters, it will mean more money available for the programmes. After all, look how extravagant and costly CBBC links are these days compared to the one-man band it was in the beginning.

They might get people from cbbc shows to do the links.

This is slightly off topic, but on the MPAA message board i read CBBC were making a MPAA ripoff!

Even though Simon and Angellica are leaving CBBC today, invision, presenter led presentation links will continue on CBBC... but in a totally different 'environment' from tomorrow. You'll be saying goodbye to a much older friend today...
