Sky already do produce programmes.

Many programmes of the genre of Ibiza Uncovered etc were Sky One productuions - and obviously Sky also produce content for Sky News and Sky Sports!

Wasn't Ibiza Uncovered an LWT production for Sky?

I'm not sure - that's why I said "of the genre" to cover myself. I certainly though remember seeing "Sky One production" endcaps on some programmes shown on C4 like Ibiza Uncovered.

Hopefully he won't be back now the School Holidays are over. I seem to remeber his assault on the internet last year was cencentrated around the summer.

Would it be too much to expect this member to be banned?

I mean, its not the first time he has spammed the board in this fashion; and one doesn't have to be Miss Marple to see this.

This is his third incarnation on the site. Are the images of trains not enough to provoke Charlie or Rob into action?

Third? It must be at least his 5th- and that's just this year!

Surely, though, that just proves that banning him is pointless?

Are you suggesting we say, "Oh well, he'll do it again so we might as well let him carry on"? Hardly effective moderation, James.

And I'm really not up for one of the mods telling me that they, "Can't be everywhere", because Charlie has already responded to one of his nonsensical threads.

Dozens of members have spotted this spam merchant.

No, definatly not. I'm pointing out how persistant he is. I suggested an IP ban on one of his previous incarnations, but that didn't seem to be took on board.

I have done an IP check on the account and there are no users sharing that IP address and as it appears to alter often it is pointless trying to block the latest IP. Still it was interesting when I did an IP address on yourself James, and a couple other posters in this thread.

If anyone has any sourced information regarding BSkyB starting their own productions then feel free to continue it in a new thread. This thread is closed.
