I wonder if, because of them having to finish off the semis and then play the finals, which is likely to be rained off, they will put this evening's news (Saturday) on BBC TWO again. I hope so, as I may get the chance to get the Newsline Sting etc., which they didn't use on last night's programme.

BTW, I have successfully captured the Newsline Opening Titles and End Sting which are great, so I'll send them to Asa. I thought there was no point capturing Reporting Scotland, as they now only use the sting to open the flagship 1830 prgramme, so I thought I'd do Newsline as I already have Reporting Scotland stuff from 'dbfriends'.

Rep Scotland doesnt just play the sting - they go straight from the six with no trailer into the headlines then the full titles (admittedly they're not very long).

Don'y they just play what they do at 2225, which is the sting? I've watched them over the intenet and that seems to be what they do.

Anyway, I've also captured the BBC TWO Northern Ireland Clock and the BBC TWO North West ident used before North West Tonight last night!

If its on BBC TWO tonight, which I think the chances are looking very slim (Matthew Anroliwala said at the end of the lunch update that they will be on BBC ONE at 1715?), then I will capture as I've said all the Newsline stuff as well as the BBC TWO North West ident with Julia Sharp for the weekend update.

Doubt they will put the news on Two again - they will probably just wait and broadcast it after the end of the tennis on One... at least the presenter wouldn't have to hang around as they only have one presenter all day. I suppose, though, they couldn't let it go too late as the Late News is at 8.45 and an early evening bulletin at, say, 7.30, would give an hour between broadcasts.
