Was the "speaking clock" new to these tests?
The speaking clock was introduced last year.
I notice that this year (from that clip) that the clock only did every ten seconds - last year it did every five with a small pip after each one IIRC.
Yes, I think it was a different clock this time.
Yes, it's a 12 hour clock now. Different voice too. Just be grateful you've never had to listen to both of them talking at the same time, for hours on end.
