What happens if they exceed 60 seconds - are they just faded out?
That's because it's made by BBC News ... we're all employed by News not Choice. Bit like BBC World pay for News to produce BBC World News.
We have to fit into 60seconds - the music bed & titles are only 60 seconds.
Not at work today so not sure why the website hasn't gone live - I know it takes a few minutes to get stories online.
You can see a slightly different view of the set on the online bulletins.
There are images on the site you can use as backgrounds etc ... god you can even find a picture of me somewhere!

I think the website is very well designed, and there is a lot of content there. I *really* like the music and titles, which aren't at all distracting and look a lot 'fresher' than I expected.
Personally though - I'm still a bit confused about whether I should be watching this or not. I'm 22, and probably an exception to 'normal' people my age as I'm much more stuff like politics etc. than I am in entertainment.
I regularly listen to 5 live, and also tune into the half hourly newsbeats in the mornings if I'm on a train etc, but I'm just not sure the content/tone I've seen so far appeals to me.
I'm not sure what I will get out of the bulletin that I wouldn't do by watching 30 minutes of liquid news - that's not because I'm trying to regurgitate the old argument that 60 seconds is too short for a news bulletin, but maybe because I think there is too much emphasis on entertainment when liquid news already exists for that purpose.
I think, like Liquid News, that I'll occasionally watch 60 seconds (e.g. if I happen to be channel hopping at the time or notice its a 6:59pm etc) - but otherwise I'll stick to 'ordinary' bulletins.
That said I like the idea of the email briefing and have signed up for it (this is long overdue on News Online, hopefully will expand to other areas of the site soon).
All that said, I would imagine lots of young people will watch it once they find out about it (will you be able to get audience figures for a programme that is only 1 minute long?) and I think its a very innovative (and brave) thing to do.
Will also be interested to see how you handle breaking stories.
