An interesting look behind the scenes 10 minutes before TOTH with Kay.

Quite a few of those type of videos on Kay's wall, including a few wandering into the gallery. Fascinating.

The Pledge is currently on Sky News without a ticker or clock. Sky News International is showing the 'skynews.com' logo which normally covers the UK clock.

The Sunday repeat of The Pledge also had no clock or ticker, so basically Sky pack up shop for an hour.

The Sunday repeat at 8pm? The ticker and clock turned up three minutes into the show and stayed for the remainder of it.

Ah, the interview just now. Faces right up against camera, being held by them, obviously a mobile chat. Looks soo shoddy.

Also, why do Sky drag out any interviews and live reports for soo long?

This was the interview, about Canada's wildfires talking to an evacuee. So obviously unable to get camera crews to them.

I understand about the interviews dragging out. This interview, Kay was talking to the little boy about getting lego and star wars clothing yesterday... Not even talking about the fires.

However normally at that time, :30 past the hour at 2, 3 and 4 they do a '#skydebate' on a different story each hour which normally last around 10-15 minutes. This is what I thought you were talking about at the time.

Anybody know anything about the local elections coverage tonight? It's been very quiet which suggests not to expect anything special.

They appear to have abandoned the hexagons and are using squares instead in what I have seen in the coverage the last few days, decision time music is out as well I guess.
