need some help

In the months to come I have arranged to meet a news journalist - I am also preparing a small interview, I know the obvious questions to ask but has anyone got any suggestions for challenging questions to ask?

- What where your motives to become a journalist, considering some of the stick they get from the public?

- Have you ever covered a story which has been emotionally challenging for you?

- Have you ever had any awkward moments while interviewing somoneone?

- What do employers look for in a young journalist?

- what do you aim to do next? (i.e. achor position etc.)

-in your opinion, is it better to do freelance work or work for an organisation and if an organisation which one do you prefer?
