'Holyrood and the Search for Scotland's Soul'

Scottish Political Correspondent Brian Taylor reviewing the impact of The Scottish Parliament on Scotland's Identity.

It was a new system, don't forget, a secret ballot. The previous system was effectively pick somebody, if they're no good, pick somebody else.
The tradition of being dragged forcibly to the chair was still present in the new system, although Speaker Bercow effectively took himself, though not the last nod to tradition he was to abandon.
