One day later and it's back off air again with caption saying - Normal service will resume as soon as possible!

This is normal service.

Ofcom should be revoking licences here and ordering Sky to keep it off the EPG.

It is a farce that this channel keeps rearing its ugly head, like some kind of vampire.

It's way past time the authorities took action.

It has to be breaching Sky's "minimum non-repeating programming" requirements at least?

Think we ascertained on the previous page it's not an Ofcom issue, though if somebody wants to fire a complaint off and see what happens, knock yourself out.

Wonder if Arise is still recording all this wonderful footage of a static caption as they are obliged to? Smile Mind you if they can't afford to keep the channel going they probably can't afford recording equipment either...

The website's been off for a while as well, last sighting of it in the Wayback Machine was in April.

I'm not sure I'd use the word 'silly' for an organisation that owes people who worked for it significant sums of money - in some cases as high as tens of thousands of pounds...

Arise News off air again. Not even a caption this time just a blank screen.

Think they are in need of a "can't pay, we'll take it away" special version. However, I doubt the illustrious owner has paid for any broadcasting equipment & is probably all on tick

Neither. He contracts (or contracted) production companies to make his content, and hired facilities rather than buying (though I think a Tricaster owned by the Arise company may have been installed to reduce costs further...)

Arise News back on air today with news programming. Totally different set so I wonder if they have moved studios?

I hope our friend has paid upfront for studio hire.
