Trying to identify an advert clip show

Its hard for me to give graphic details but I'm trying to job people's memory. There was a 10-15 minute clip show playing adverts with comedic commentary, that came on BBC Two just before the first series episode of Big Train in November 1998.

Only thing I can remember from the titles is the Frosties mascot Tony going "They'rrrre Grrrrrreat!", then someone replying "No they're not Tony, they're crap".

Dunno if that's enough to go on but can anyone remember the name of this show?
