Also worth noting you cannot ask PRS ect as it is not published music, therefore you cannot use it.

This is a MAJOR difference between some people pass on the music and someone broadcasting it. PRS will take people playing radios at work to court.

To say that I can't be bothered with PRS for Music is very slanderous Mike. If you really want my PRS for Music license details, here is my licensing code: OLE-002817. It's a shame some people have to spoil things.

When it comes to the petty and the unmerited, the PRS are bullies, we all know that.

But as far as I understand it, if Zack Lawrence hasn't registered himself as an artist with the PRS, or Forcefield as a piece of music with them, the PRS are not obliged to collect royalties on behalf of him. Similarly they can't collect royalties on unsigned bands/artists' original material. You will still need a PPL licence to publicly perform the music however.
