It seems that the other thread has been *archived*. Anyway, just wondering if The TV Room plans to cover any of BBC News' 50 years coverage?

Thanks

I've changed this now so it only affects the main forum. All other threads are permanently kept open (obviously the frequency of the other forums makes archiving after one month a bit inappropriate).

Are there any plans for any more TV Fonts to be created and uploaded, especially of the new UKTV logos?

I still wonder if there are ever any plans for TVRoom to be available to Wanadoo/Freeserve users, or whether we will have to look at that Astroturf error message for ever?

I'm a Wanadoo/Freeserve ISPer and have never had a problem.

With that and AOL messages, it must be your PC! Have you phoned or emailed Wanadoo? Might be a local issue I suppose.

YES, I have telephoned their premium rate number twenty or thirty times on this subject and spent around £70 on the VERY LENGTHY calls.

EVERY time, they end up placing the blame firmly at the door of either The TV Room itself, or Astrohosts.

I then complain to McGonagle at TV Room and get nothing bit abuse, or Astrohosts and get no reply.

You wonder why I'm frustrated? This has been going on for about four years.

Hi. Yes, I'll probably add one of the news reports from the anniversary day itself. No plans for any material other than that though.

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing problems. However, on your point about getting 'nothing but abuse' - perhaps another approach, such as, errr...putting your point across in a slightly more pleasant manner might help!!!

I certainly have had no reports of similar problems. The fact that you're seeing an AstroHosts message is certainly odd and would indicate that the guys there might be able to shed some light on it. I'm certainly baffled if you're seeing that message for both:

I can't currently get to thetvroom with either of those links, no error message, just seems the domain can't be resolved. I'm on NTL Broadband.
