TS Celebs

Just popped onto TS Celebs & this has been posted by the 'guy in charge', 'The Sentinel' :

The following is NOT a wind up or a joke.


Due to someone complaining to proboards about the content of this forum i have been told to remove all copyrighted images and video clips from all parts of the forum or we will be closed down.

This means all caps, clips and HQs/MQs have to go from all sections as according to proboards if i cannot provide actual proof that all the tv stations have given me explicit permission to post their content then we have violated their TOS in reguard to copyrighted material and its bye bye to TScelebs.

If the person who made the complaint is on this forum at least have the decency to contact me via PM and explain why you did it.

I know this may sound silly but proboards are serious about this and no matter if you agree with it or not as we are hosted by them we have to comply with their TOS.

I cannot make a guarantee how long this forum will stay online so if there is anything you want from it then get it A.S.A.P.

I am trying my best to resolve this problem with probards and keep the forum online but at the moment its not looking to good

the sentinel (TScelebs admin).

Obviously the more regular posters are not happy about it.

Could sites such as TV Forum be potentially affected by something similar?

I love how you talk about really obscure things as if everyone knows what you're talking about.

For those of you who don't know about the website Westy is discussing, it's an excellent resource if you're after some decent news/weather screen grabs.

It seems the guys over there got 'grassed' on by a member who alerted Proboards to them allegedly breaking their TOS.

There's no need for that comment thank you.

Why have you taken exception to it?
