I agree Kate is very good, but she should continue to be used for the indepth pieces she did on mother's having children later in life for example.
Moira's apparent nasal delivery is no reason for her not to front the bulletins I feel. Her service over the years and invaluable experience makes her a perfect choice...
As long as Natasha is given fewer rather than more airtime I for one will be extremely happy. I don't think she has the skills to ask questions that the viewer wants to hear or be able to understand the story further. I wouldn't be at all surprised if she isn't being coached in her ear about what to ask!!
