Not straightforward establishing its date of launch. TV ark doesn't include it. 1999? Does anyone know launch year for sure?

Welsh 13 was part of the original package, which launched on October 4th 1997.

As these short sequences include a date and a URL for the event itself, they are effectively promotional trails, rather than channel stings.

Although strange that, having moved to Cardiff since they were discontinued I find it slightly eerie to see my apartment and workplace in the background, frozen in time.
