Odly lacking in BBC News-ness. 100days branding I hear is nice though.

Fingers crossed that this thread will be renamed "Trump's impeachment coverage" within a week.

If Trump is ever impeached, Mike Pence will automatically become President until the next election in 2020. He's no better than Trump.

I hate to say this but atleast with him you know what your getting.

As someone previously predicted, very little studio on-camera presentation - mostly just commentary over pictures - so very little to write home about on that front. But, for what it's worth...

NBC are in their studio with the view of the Capitol (the one that's recently been ruined with faux-bricks for Greta Van Susteren's new MSNBC show). ABC and CNN both have temporary studios overlooking the Capitol. CBS have a temporary studio on the Mall.

If you don't have a motorised system but fixed Hot Bird and want the clean feed in SD

VOA as always has a clean feed on 12225 V 27500

Who's the host broadcaster for the coverage? The camera in front of the Limo right now isn't very effectively stabilised !

There isn't a single one it's pooled across the networks. In some shots you could see it's a van with a RF link, a cameraman, a tripod and a box lens. You would think they would chip in for a Cineflex or another stabilized system.
remlap and Markymark gave kudos

I have to wonder with a lot of these graphics, do they create them many months before an election? in which case they might not have bothered with Trump versions. That being said they normally prepare for all outcomes.

None of the streams seem to be in full HD, do America still 720p HD as standard?

Switched to BBC1 to avoid all the News Channel on screen junk, and it's all on there too Rolling Eyes
